This is a beautiful vintage Mascot powder compact in superb unused condition with the original pouch, puff & sifter made from superior quality materials.
The beautiful engine turned design on the powder compact lid has a map of Cyprus with all the major cities named. Above this is detailed engraving of St Sophia Cathedral. To the left of this is a shield onto which two lions have been placed & also a sailing ship & at the bottoma scroll containing the word " CYPRUS ".The base has a delightful engine turned design. The lid opens to reveal an excellent mirror. The mirror bezel is marked " MADE IN GREAT BRITAIN ". The attractive inner lid is signed " Mascot ASB " as is the beautiful pristine puff. All clasps & hinges work well. This vintage souvenir powder compact measures just over 3 ".
