A gleaming clean Stratton 'Convertible' powder compact suitable for use with Max Factor 'Creme Puff', Rimmel 'Stay Matte', CCUK and Miss Beauty. This compact is ideal for compressed powder refills and it has never been used. The lid has a beautiful gilt textured pattern which some makers refer to as the 'bark' effect / pattern. Set atop this are smooth tone motifs which resemble a shoal of fish. The mirror gives a good clear reflection. All hinges and catches work exactly as they should. A pristine foam puff and velvet pouch come with this order - ready to use. The base is signed 'STRATTON MADE IN ENGLAND'. Measures 3" and weighs 75.2 grams.
