Unused 1950s Blue Enamel Stratton Butterfly Compact Mirror
A charming unused 1950s blue enamel Stratton compact mirror. More vintage powder compacts. The lid shows a highly coloured butterfly amidst pretty flowers and foliage. This lovely vanity comes with the original features - box, luxurious semi-rigid patterned pouch, velour edged sifter and signed puff. The whole item is in super condition. There isn't any loss of design or fading. The original mirror sticker is in place. The mirror gives a clear and accurate reflection. The self-opening inner lid and all hinges / catches work perfectly. The inner lid is decorated an engraved design of vertical lines, the 'Compact-in-Hand- logo and Stratton signature. Image five is a dull overhead shot with all light blocked out so that no reflections show. Measures 3" and weighs 86.8 grams.
