This stylish vanity was assayed* (tested for silver purity*) at London Assay Office in 1964. The gorgeous lid features a diamond cut star motif which twinkles in the light. The lid is satinized and lacquered to give the appearance of silver satin.
Very beautiful! The inner lid and mirror frame are signed KIGU.

The compact is lacquered and so it will not need to be cleaned.
