Rare Unused Stratton LUCITE Cachette Pressed Foundation Compact Mirror

This highly collectible unused 1960s Stratton powder compact is adorned with gorgeous golden Lucite.
We have never seen the Stratton Cachette model embellished with Lucite before.
This rather special vanity is presented in the original box with all the original accessories - signed Stratton luxury puff, felt pouch, inspection docket and instruction leaflet. Even the mirror is a little unusual in that it is embellished with a border of pristine white enamel. All clasps & hinges work perfectly. The mirror gives a good and accurate reflection. The base is signed Stratton MADE IN ENGLAND. Measures 3 inches diameter. Weighs 77.1 grams.
