A delightful vintage Stratton powder compact which depicts two long-tailed native British birds (Aegithalos caudatus).
Gleaming clean.
No signs of powder residue.
This compact has not been used with face powder.
The mirror gives a good and accurate reflection.
The catch and hinge work perfectly.
The base of the compact is signed Stratton England.
Measures 7.5 cm diameter. Weighs 74 grams.
The original pouch and washable sifter are present, as is an immaculate puff.
The makers lacquered the brass and so it will not tarnish or require cleaning.
