This elegant 1960s Stratton Princess compact mirror in excellent condition. The lid is etched with a design the makers named Linen in the middle a diamond cut star motif ensures this compact will get a second glance. The mirror is excellent and has a frosted border. The whole compact is gleaming & golden. The inner lid is very attractive having been engraved with a subtle design. The inner lid is signed Stratton. The compact is fitted with automatic opening inner lid. This self-opening mechanism works perfectly every time. All clasps & hinges work perfectly. The base is decorated with stars and signed Stratton MADE IN ENGLAND. Measures 3 inches & weighs 78.1 grams.
