Such a beautiful hallmarked silver compact mirror! This divine vanity was crafted in the 1950s. The original sifter is included and so this compact can be used with loose face powder or as a handbag mirror. The original tiny pink down puff is present.
Bright-cut engravings feature on all exterior surfaces. Ornate scrollwork and floral motifs adorn the lid and base. The compact is hallmarked. The mirror bezel is stamped '800' silver. The hinge and catches work well. The mirror gives a good and accurate reflection. Measures 6.3 cm x 6 cm and weighs 52.4 grams. An immaculate pouch is included with this order. The whole piece is in good condition.
