The lid is peach coloured. A diamond cut gilt motif makes this compact an attractive accessory. The mirror gives a clear and accurate reflection. The hinge and catch work exactly as they should. The base is decorated with circular bands of stars. The compact is signed 'Stratton MADE IN ENGLAND.' It is in good  condition. A clean new foam puff and an immaculate velvet pouch are included with this item. Measures 3" and weighs 71.4 grams.
