The exterior surfaces are gilt with delightful wild flowers, foliage and the Stratton signature in a contrasting shiny gold tone. Both items and the original case are in excellent condition. All clasps and hinges work perfectly. The mirror is excellent and gives an accurate reflection. The set comes with the original coral suedette clad case. The original puff and sifter are present and they are pristine. The base of the compact is decorated with the 'Woven effect' and signed 'Stratton ENGLAND'. This compact is suitable as a handbag mirror, loose or pressed powder compact. An immaculate pouch is included with this compact. The perfume atomizer is also in excellent working order.
