The original lovely pink presentation box has the item code written neatly on the base 146/ET. ET is an abbreviation for engine turned. The other accessories are also present - grey felt pouch, fabric puff and sifter. The maker lacquered this accessory and so it will never tarnish or need to be cleaned. It will retain its pre-possessing appearance without any maintenance. The guilloche engraved lid is extraordinarily beautiful. The mirror bezel is signed STRATTON MADE IN ENGLAND. The mirror gives a good and accurate reflection. The powder well is gilded. Measures 3 inches diameter. Weighs 64.5 grams.
