Old Compact Mirrors Stratton Queen Convertible Powder Compact 1970s
A beautiful vintage Stratton 'Queen Convertible' powder compact with an attractive gold tone lid which has an etched design the makers of Stratton accessories called 'Linen' & it does look like golden linen. The lid is set with a stylized floral motif. The whole compact is in good condition. All clasps & hinges work perfectly. The compact is gleaming clean & comes with a foam puff - ready to use. The mirror gives an good reflection as you will see on image three - it has a slight age related haze that you can only see in certain lighting conditions. The edge of the mirror is decorated with a frosted glass border. The base is decorated with vertical lines & signed 'Stratton MADE IN ENGLAND'.
This vintage compact mirror measures 3 1/4" & weighs 99.3 grams.
