Such a stylish compact! All the white enamel is very sound. Above this design is a little plant seed blowing in the wind - just enchanting!

Image two shows the base which could not be more Art Deco. Push the thumb catch and more delights appear. A full pan of the original face powder with the 'RU HU' RICHARD HUDNUT stencil still visible set atop the white face powder.
There is a flip up metal mirror which gives a good reflection - a few age related marks on it but wait there is more...flip up the metal mirror & it stays in an upright position to show another metal mirror & also the most gorgeous rouge compartment - deep gold with a full complement of rouge & the original signed rouge puff. The beautifully gilded powder well is signed 'RICHARD HUDNUT MADE IN U.S.A.' Measures almost 2 inches wide.
