A beautiful Cara Nome LANGLOIS INC. compact mirror with a luxurious puff signed "Cara Nome". The powder compact is very attractive having the Langlois floral motif in gold tone set atop a white enameled cartouche. The lid has a brushed gold tone appearance & the base is decorated with an attractive herring bone engine turned design. The transparent film used to protect the face powder is in place. The powder well is full of the original powder. The sticker on the base reads -"P.652 RACHELLE LIGHT CARA NOME Langlois INC. BOSTON DISTRIBUTOR" The case is also signed "CARA NOME Langlois Inc. Boston Distr." All clasps & hinges work perfectly & the mirror gives an excellent clear reflection. It has a few subtle age related marks on the mirror. It measures 2 3/4" X 2" & weighs 76.1 grams.
